POSTAGE & DELIVERY
All of my items are sent with Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. You will recieve a notification once your item(s) have been shipped. You can expect them to be posted within 2 business days of being purchased. Please note, transit times are separate from this. A shipping notification will be sent to you when your order is in transit, and you can choose the method of delivery that suits your preferences best. We offer
- Royal Mail special delivery - guaranteed next day delivery.
- 1st class post with a signature on delivery. Delivery aim 1-2 days.
- 2nd class post with a siganture on delivery. Delivery aim 3-5 days.
Please note, transit times are out of my control. Royal mail provide delivery aims so please choose the best option based on when you need your goodies for. I cannot accept responsibility for delays from the point of posting.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to me via E-mail, or through the contact tab on the navigation panel at the top of my website. Please include your details and the order number when making contact. If your item has been damaged in transit, please send me photos of the packaging and item as you recieved it. This is so I can escalate this to Royal Mail.
I can offer to make a replacement for you in most cases, otherwise, we can discuss a refund. Please note, refunds and replacements can only be considered if they are highlighted to me within 7 days of your order being delivered. If this time has elapsed, unfortunately I am unable to consider a replacement or a refund. I am unable to offer refunds due delivery issues with Royal Mail - etc, left in a safe space/neighbour you were not aware of, delivered to the wrong address. If there are significant delays outside of the delivery estimate, please get in touch with me and I can look into this further. Royal Mail consider items 'lost', after 10 working days of an item being posted. Issues will be raised with them, by myself after this period of time.
When contacting me please;
- Include your name, proof of purchase/ order number.
- Outline the issue and ideal resolution.
- Attach photos of the item in its original packaging, as it was recieved. If the issue is because of transit damage, please send photos of damage sustained.
- Responses from myself may not be instant, but you can expect a reply within 2 days of your query being submitted.
- Issues highlighted more than 7 days of being delivered can not be considered.
Refunds and replacements will not be considered in the instance your address has been typed incorrectly at the point of sale. Please also make sure your address is correct on your Paypal account if you choose them to complete your purchase. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing from Stacey Paints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
1 - All items are handmade and are that as shown in product photos. I aim for consistency and quality and only sell items I am 100% satisfied with.
2- All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (£), and I reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Once a purchase is complete, the price paid is final.
3- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
4- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order items. Please make contact within 24 hours should you wish to cancel.
5- Custom items are non-refundable. A preview or confirmation will be provided before dispatch when possible.
6- All content on this site are the property of Stacey Paints. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
7- Your personal information is only used to process your order and will never be shared or sold.
